Studio walk-in hours are only available 15 minutes before class sessions start. AKOA Fitness requires that new clients register and sign appropriate documents prior to attending class.
Note: Doors are locked during class hours
AKOA Fitness requires that clients cancel their session a minimum of 10 hours prior to class time. This ensures that those on the waitlist have ample time to reply to waitlist promotions and take advantage of available spots. Failure to cancel within the allotted timeframe will result in a system automated penalty charge of $5 for late cancellations, and $10 for no-shows. If you know you cannot make it to class due to an emergency, or you are running late, you may contact the studio directly and staff may extend a grace period for late arrivals or waive the penalty for non-attendance.
